Château de la Chaize - Odenas (69)

Master plan - Restoration and rehabilitation work

Wine estate in the Beaujolais region, the Domaine de la Chaize was formed in the seventeenth century. The castle and its common, harmonious proportions, are a mix of decorative ostentation, simplicity in architectural forms and a pronounced taste for staging in the landscape. The Domaine de la Chaize is one of the finest estates in the region.
Its new owner decided to commisision a master plan covering the entire estate: the wine castle, its dependencies, its garden of pleasure, its vegetable garden, the vines, and the forest domain.
This is a prerequisite for the restoration of the winery, château and outbuildings as well as for the rehabilitation of the estate with a view to increase the wine-making and developing new activities.
