Buvette Cachat - Evian-Les-Bains - Restoration of the covered-enclosure
A symbol of the heyday of Evian's spa industry, the Buvette Cachat is a unique example of wooden architecture combining Art Nouveau style and regional influences.
The town of Evian initiated the project for its rebirth under the supervision of the RL&A agency. Restoration of the closed roof was completed in May 2024, and is the subject of a publication in Monumental magazine.
Work to restore a wing that no longer exists, in strict compliance with its historic layout, is underway and will be completed in autumn 2025.
In parallel, restoration of the interiors will begin in spring 2025 and continue into 2026.
