Rehabilitation and creation

The agency RL&A, specialized in historical monuments, archaeological sites and gardens, has developed a specific expertise in heritage. RL&A conducts all types of projects, both large-scale restorations and simple repairs.
RL&A intervenes on the conversion and rehabilitation of buildings: creation of a new building, extension, transformation. We campaign for a contemporary approach. The intervention stance is defined according to technical and structural needs, as well as an aesthetic vision. It ensures the balance between new uses and the monument’s dignity, and raises real technical challenges.
It forms a multidisciplinary team with regular experts to respond to the challenges of operations.
